Simple Macadamia Nut Fudge

Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal later.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.

Once melted, stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.

Gently fold in the chopped macadamia nuts until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.

Place the pan in the refrigerator and let the fudge chill for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

Once chilled, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut it into squares and serve. Enjoy your delicious Macadamia Nut Fudge!
