Lemon Garlic Roast Chicken 

– 1 whole chicken (about 4-5 pounds) – 4 cloves garlic, minced – 1 lemon, zested and juiced – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 1 teaspoon dried thyme – Salt and pepper to taste


Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

Roast the chicken in the preheated oven for about 1 hour and 20 minutes.

 Until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) when measured with a meat thermometer.

Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving. 

Serve with your favorite sides.
