Grilled Tilapia with Lemon and Herbs 


4 tilapia fillets 2 lemons, sliced 2 tablespoons of olive oil Salt and pepper to taste 2 cloves of garlic, minced 1 tablespoon of fresh herbs (such as parsley, thyme, or dill), chopped

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels and season them with salt and pepper on both sides.

Drizzle the olive oil over the tilapia fillets and rub them with minced garlic.

Place a couple of lemon slices on each fillet and sprinkle the chopped herbs over the top.

Place the tilapia fillets on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

Carefully remove the grilled tilapia from the grill and serve hot, garnished with additional lemon slices and fresh herbs if desired.
