Green Blender Soup Recipe

This delicious green blender soup is perfect for days 3-7 of our weeklong detox or any easy, healthy meal!


To a blender, add these ingredients: – 1 avocado – 1 tbsp miso paste – 1 cup spinach fresh or frozen – 1/2 english cucumber – 1/2 inch fresh ginger – 1/2 inch fresh turmeric – 1/2 cup broccoli sprout – juice of 1 lemon – 1 clove garlic – 1 piece kombu or other sea vegetable – 6 tbsp hemp hearts – pinch black pepper to increase that fresh turmeric absorption! – 1 1/2 cups filtered water For serving: – 1 tbsp olive oil drizzled on top! – maldon coarse sea salt sprinkle on top! – sesame seeds, pepitas, edible flowers 


Put all of the ingredients for your soup into a blender and give it a thorough whipping.

Step 1

The soup should be poured into soup bowls, and then it should be topped with olive oil and sea salt.

Step 2

The soup can be stored in the refrigerator for a couple of days without losing its quality.
