Easy French Toast Recipe 

4 slices of bread (any type you prefer) 2 large eggs 1/2 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional) Butter or cooking spray for greasing the pan Maple syrup, powdered sugar, fresh fruit, or other toppings (optional)


In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon (if using) until well combined.

Heat a skillet or frying pan over medium heat and add a little butter or cooking spray to grease the pan.

Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated evenly.

Place the dipped bread slices onto the preheated skillet or frying pan.

Cook the French toast for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Once cooked, transfer the French toast to a plate.

Serve warm with your favorite toppings such as maple syrup, powdered sugar, fresh fruit, or anything else you like.
