Delicious Chocolate Caramels Recipe

Caramel Ingredient – 1/2 cup granulated allulose – 1/2 cup butter (look for grass fed butter) Chocolate Coating Ingredient – 1/2 cup dark chocolate I love HU chocolate use code NEST to save 15% – 1 tsp coconut oil Topping – coarse maldon sea salt for sprinkling on top!


Heat butter in a small saucepan on medium-low. Use a chopstick or small silicone spatula to constantly stir allulose into melted butter.

Step 1

Allow a candy thermometer to reach 300F and no higher! Stop cooking immediately.

Step 2

Pour caramel into a parchment-lined loaf pan and refrigerate for an hour to "set up." Heat dark chocolate and coconut oil in double boiler.

Step 3

Cut your caramel candy into squares after removing the parchment paper. Add coarse sea salt to melted chocolate and cold caramel. Keep refrigerated until serving. Enjoy!
