Churro Cheesecake Bars Recipe

– 2 packages (16 oz each) cream cheese, softened – 1/2 cup granulated sugar – 2 large egg – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted – 1 cup granulated sugar, divided – 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon – 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

In a large bowl, beat together 2 packages of softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 2 large eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter. In another bowl, combine 1 cup granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon.

Unroll 1 package of refrigerated crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, pressing seams together to form a crust. Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the crust.

Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the cheesecake layer. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture generously over the top.

Bake the Churro Cheesecake Bars in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into bars. Enjoy your decadent Churro Cheesecake Bars!
