– 4 cups all-purpose flour – 2 teaspoons instant yeast – 2 teaspoons salt – 1 1/2 cups warm water – 2 tablespoons olive oil

In a large bowl, combine 4 cups of all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons of instant yeast, and 2 teaspoons of salt.

Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in 1 1/2 cups of warm water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Mix the ingredients until a shaggy dough forms. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Punch down the dough to release air bubbles. Shape it into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rise again for about 30-45 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the bread for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped on the bottom. Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
